Masters Workshop: Crisis Communications (October 26-27, 2017) is a crisis communications, small group conference for higher education institutions.

Crises of all sizes happen to every organization. Recent incidents at Harvard, Middlebury, and UC Berkeley have dominated higher ed headlines. Is your institution next?

When a crisis strikes, organizations need to respond quickly and effectively to the people most important to them. Students, prospective students, faculty, staff, parents, and regulators will all be waiting for your response. Are you ready?

Join us for this two-day, small group conference to help you prepare to respond to crises of all kinds, such as Title IX complaints, a severe student injury or death, faculty misconduct, student protests, and public safety incidents.

Attendees will receive:

  • Tools to create a crisis communications plan specific to their institution

  • Customized messaging

Schedule at a glance:

  • October 26: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; social hour at 5:30 p.m.
