Event description

Description

What’s a Mastermind?

A Mastermind group is made up of passionate people who want to be in a community of like-minded thought partners. You’ll be part of a select group of 6-8 educators sharing dilemmas from your work, collaborating on generating solutions to the group’s dilemmas, and discussing topics in educational leadership.

What will we do?

We'll spend part of the time processing and discussing an episode of WorkLife (a podcast by Adam Grant) about workplace culture. He interviews the innovators in workplace culture around the country and we'll be examining the lessons we can bring from his podcast back to our campuses. We'll spend the other part of the time giving two members the chance to share a challenge they have found in their work and let the group consult on action steps.

What’s In It For Me?

In addition to growing your network and gaining valuable development, this group will also provide 6 hours of CPE credits.
