Do you love the farmer’s market, the co-op, the food hub, and your CSA share but need some inspiration in the kitchen? Join Chef Sarah Langan (Executive Chef at the South End Kitchen at Lake Champlain Chocolates) together with cohorts Molly Stevens (James Beard award-winning cookbook author) and Maura O’Sullivan (Chef at Penny Cluse and Lucky Next Door) as they tackle both the familiar staples and mysterious plants in Vermont’s summer vegetable bounty. Each chef will prepare their own technique on an item, showcasing the plethora of ways to integrate the underutilized veggies.
