7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Mastering the Complex CEO/ CFO Relationship

The role of the Chief Financial Officer has evolved dramatically over the past several years. More than ever, the relationship between the CFO and the CEO plays an integral part in the effectiveness and success of both – and indeed the business. So how can a CFO drive growth and understanding in this relationship for the benefit of the business?

Join us for ‘Mastering the Complex CEO/ CFO Relationship,’ where our panel of executives will dissect why this relationship can be so complex, and strategies that CFOs can undertake to improve and expand upon this relationship.

Learning Objectives

  • Starting from Day One: How to develop and maintain a partnership with the CEO

  • Managing differences: What happens when objectives are not in alignment, where you agree to disagree and still need to present a unified front to employees

  • Beyond GAAP: What financial information do CEOs really care about

  • How to become the most trusted advisor to a CEO

Breakfast and networking is from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Our program will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 9:30 a.m.
