Description

We are excited to bring local, seasonal cooking classes to Snohomish! Recently featured in 425 Magazine, our classes are hands on and engaging, with recipes that are easy to create at home.

In this classes, we will use the finest ingredients of the local Fall harvest to create:

Winter Squash Risotto with Fontina

Red Wine Risotto with Tuscan Kale, Italian Sausage, and Parmesan

Leek and Mushroom Farro Risotto

After class, the delicious meal created in class will be enjoyed with Washington wine and beer.
