We are excited to bring local, seasonal cooking classes to Snohomish!

Recently featured in 425 Magazine, our classes are hands on and engaging, with recipes that are easy to create at home.

In this class, we will use the finest ingredients of the local Fall harvest to create:

Hand Cut Pappardelle with Ragu Bolognese

Fazzoletti with Fresh Basil Pesto (Handkerchief Shaped Pasta)

Linguine Cacio e Pepe (Black Pepper and Cheese Pasta)

Caesar Salad: Local Lettuces, Peppercorn Dressing, Garlic Crostini

After class, the delicious meal created in class will be enjoyed with Washington wine.
