Large companies who hire several people at a time onto a Graduate Programme often use assessment centres as a way of selecting the right candidates. As they usually receive such large numbers of applicants, they find it a good form of selection.
The purpose of this two hour workshop is to understand what such assessment centres look like and to help attendees prepare for the various assessments that you might be asked to partake in.
In the first part of the workshop, attendees will discover what types of assessments are typically used and why.
In the second part of the workshop, attendees will gain practical insights into various different types of assessments and will have the opportunity to practice them in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with feedback given on how their performance might be scored.
The workshop is highly practical and run by MDA Trainers who have experience in facilitating graduate programmes within some of the world’s largest universal banks, investment banks and asset managers.
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion, demonstrating their conviction to potential employers their willingness to go the extra mile. Numbers for the event are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. This workshop is subject to a minimum number of attendees - should this event get postponed you will get the choice of a full refund or you can attend on a new, rescheduled date.
