Program is open to medical professionals only. Must hold a valid licence as a LPN, RN, NP, ND, MD can attend.

What does registration include?

Registration includes tea breaks and luncheons during the workshop dates and full workshop documentation. The registration does not include travel & hotel accommodations.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations are not allowed. `No Shows` are not eligible for refunds.
