Join us in this relaxing hands on masterclass to learn how to support your emotions using essential oils. Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, fear, anger, jealousy or sadness there’s an oil that can help.

You’ll learn:

  • The best essential oils to use to balance emotions

  • How essential oils work in the body, brain and emotional centres

  • Different application techniques to work through difficult emotions

  • Powerful protocols to unlock and move through blocked or painful emotions

  • Daily rituals to enhance wellbeing and manage stress

  • Meditation and mindfulness techniques to channel your inner calm

  • An introduction to AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique) and Raindrop Therapy – both of which are powerful therapies to manage difficult emotions and promote balance.

The class includes a short guided meditation to help you relax, healthy nibbles to nourish your body, and a chance to experience the oils hands on. This is a small, relaxed, friendly class and no prior experience is required. Bring a friend or make one on the day. Everyone is welcome, class notes provided.
