The Cheese Platter Workshop consists of a cheese and charcuterie tasting & pairing discussion, many sips of wine, then I will take you through my platter building process. From presentation demonstrations, styling, tips for shopping minimal waste, working with flavours, colours, heights and shapes all to create beautiful platters every time.
