Description

Now more than ever our safety and security is on our minds.

This class will teach you to identify potential threats to the security of yourself and your property, and learn the best practices for reporting and deterring security risks.

Taught by our local law enforcement, this class puts the most experienced instructors at the helm -- teaching you the "how-to" of home and neighborhood safety including personal, property and Internet safety.
You will even hear what the criminals are looking for from a reformed career burglar during this class.

Open to the public.
The cost is $10 (scholarships available - call 304.720.0141 ex.18).
LIMITED SEATING

This class is offered as part of Habitat for Humanity's Master Homeowner Program, but individuals who are not enrolled in the full certificate program may attend this class as space allows.
