Master Gardener Volunteer Training Waitlist Registration
This registration is for anyone interested in the next Master Gardener Volunteer Training program.
*The next class class dates are not yet set, but the next training is tentatively set for 2014.*
Classes run 10-12 weeks and are held from about 9am-4pm once a week during a weekday. Some of the areas where our Master Gardeners volunteer are: our Lawn & Garden Help Desk, presenting educational programs for the community, conducting programs at the Florida Botanical Gardens as our outdoor classroom, helping with 4-H programs and school and community gardens, etc. We greatly value the contribution of our current Master Gardener volunteers. We could not do our outreach to the public without them.
This is a very popular training and we have more applicants than we have spaces in the class. Based on application information, a select set of applicants is chosen. Interviews may be held for selection as well. The cost of the next class is not set, but will likely be between $175-$200, which covers books, copies, and other training materials. If you are interested in having your name added to the next training candidate list please register here. Applications will be emailed to you at a later date. Thank you.
For more information please contact Master Gardener Coordinator Theresa Badurek at firstname.lastname@example.org.
