Event description

Description

Conflict happens. It can't always be avoided, but when it does it can either be managed poorly or well.

Conflict management is a learned talent for predicting and defusing tense situations before things get out of hand. Managed poorly, conflict can take on a destructive and multi-dimensional character that can do tremendous damage to working and client relationships, brand and business. (It's unfortunate to see innocent miscommunications blow way out of proportion into hostile legal battles, knowing they could've been avoided with some tactful measures.) But when managed well, conflict can be tamed and recalibrated to serve as a powerful tool for continuous improvements and growth.

Delegates will fine-tune their aptitude to command conflict decisively and wisely. They'll enhance their ability to interact with people in such a way as to neutralise problems with decorum, improve productivity and receptivity and facilitate a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere.

There are strictly only 20 spots open for this seminar. The seminar will be most relevant to mid-career to upper management professional who deal with conflict on a daily basis and who want to take their conflict management skills to the next level and set themselves apart as a star negotiator. The content covered in this seminar is all original and backed by extensive research and a deep understanding of human psychology - you simply won't find this content elsewhere.
