We are holding Master CEO Roundtable programs that bring together company leaders for a stimulating exchange of information, ideas and insights.

During these evening sessions we will explore the key drivers of a business. The open forum dialogs will delve into candid, solution-seeking discussions focused on the challenges and pressures unique to top level management including business and operational issues and opportunities. This powerful experience gives you the tools to address your most pressing business decisions and enhance your leadership skills.

The program is designed to provide participants with their own confidential "board of advisors" who can assist with business challenges by presenting solutions for discussion. You will find that nothing compares to having this confidential network of peers and multiple CEO-level facilitators whose sole intent is to resolve your issues and help you attain new levels of success. It all boils down to business leaders working together to leverage their collective wisdom.

Although participants will come from diverse companies and backgrounds, they share some common values. They know:

  • Continuous learning is necessary and that learning from peers is very effective and efficient
  • They don't know it all and that they can benefit from the experience and expertise of other CEOs
  • They demand a high return on their investment of time and money

Benefits of Participating:

  • Gaining the collective wisdom and multiple perspectives on business and operational issues through open and unbiased discussions
  • A sounding board to discuss business topics that may be too sensitive to discuss with your own employees or your Board of Directors
  • A heightened ability to anticipate trends and issues
  • Sharing Best Practices by learning from others who have "been there, done that" thereby avoiding mistakes, pitfalls and roadblocks with their businesses
  • Making better informed decisions which leads to increased profitability and more effective visionary thinking
  • Being challenged and held accountable to make and execute actionable decisions
  • Engaging in more effective strategic thinking
  • All members can receive one-on-one attention and resources between meetings

Responses of Group Members Have Included:

  • "This is the very best information and investment of time I have spent and been able to secure from anywhere this year."
  • "This process motivated and enlightened us to the importance of strategic planning in order to grow."
  • "Discussing business issues with other owners provides a huge opportunity for me to have an open exchange (where I often don't have this opportunity), hear fresh ideas and find potential referrals."
  • "With this group I don't feel isolated. In fact, I feel all the more empowered knowing we share common challenges and that I have been able to secure more solutions."
  • "Honestly, I am surprised. I have to admit I was skeptical at first. However, this process and this group has been hugely enlightening on how we operate and the opportunities, tools and even precautions we should be seeking."
  • "I had no idea this depth could come from the SBDC. Wow, to think I waited so long!"

All chief executives face a myriad of issues. You don't have to do it alone. Harness the collective wisdom of peers by participating in a Master CEO Hot Seat session with your local business peers.
