Join us in welcoming our friends from Short & Main, The Market Restaurant, and Scribe Winery for August’s Chocolate Factory Dinner.
This month's guests are a gang of food-loving friends, chefs and winemakers who take their cues from delicious places: the far-flung shores of Italy, Greece, Spain, Morocco, the New England coastline, Northern California’s slopes and valleys. Chefs Nico and Amelia Monday hew toward a Mediterranean palette, serving up fresh produce and seafood with care, attention, and an eye toward the Adriatic. Scribe Winery vintner Andrew Mariani helms a couple hundred of the loveliest acres of grape vines on any coast. From his Sonoma winery, he and his crew produce artisanal wines sustainably, naturally, and deliciously. Andrew and Howie Correa, beverage maestro at Short & Main and The Market, will join forces for this dinner.
Each Chocolate Factory Dinner is a festive, intimate meal in our flagship factory in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The gatherings feature guest chefs who are invited to stretch their culinary creativity, using the unique flavors and uncommon quality of Mast Brothers chocolate as a springboard to create a meal that reflects their signature style. Each dinner is a multi-course affair, and beverage pairings for each course are included.

Mast Brothers Chocolate is a pioneering bean-to-bar craft chocolate company founded in 2007 in Brooklyn, New York. Brothers Rick and Michael are co-founders, owners, and master chocolate makers.
