Description
The 2018 MassChallenge Awards celebrates the best ideas, technologies and entrepreneurs who are working to solve some of humanity’s greatest challenges.
This annual program brings together our global entrepreneurial community to award over $1.5 million to our top startups from the Boston flagship program and our first-ever Rhode Island program.

About Stefania:
Stefania is a highly effective operating executive and strategist. She is co-founder and CEO of ezCater, the world’s largest marketplace for business catering, which has raised $170 million in venture funding and grown 2x annually for six consecutive years. Stefania was named a 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year, one of Hospitality Technology’s Top Women in Foodservice Tech, one of Boston Globe’s Top Women Leaders in Massachusetts, and a 2018 Boston Business Journal Power 50 Newsmaker.
Stefania has co-founded two other firms: carving out a market and building a well-oiled machine for one (PreferredTime); and selling the other for 14X (InSite Marketing Technology, now NASDAQ: KANA). She has been an advisor or Director for a dozen for-profit and non-profit firms, helping devise strategy, raise funding, and strengthen operations. Stefania’s non-profit affiliations have included Artists for Humanity, More Than Words, Social Venture Partners Boston, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has a BS and an MS from MIT.
