FAQs

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Call Tom Waddell at (406) 546-5977 or use our contact form.

Is my registration transferrable?

Yes it is, but the transfer must be acknowledged through our Eventbrite ticketing system (verbal transfers are not okay). However, due to printing lead times, the ability to accomodate transfers may be limited as we get within a week of the event and at the event itself. Sharing passes is not allowed.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you may. See your confirmation email (sent from Eventbrite) for instructions. If you have trouble with updates, please let us know via our contact form.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket or proof of registration to the event?

No. We will have your registration information at the Registration desk (located in front of Hall B in the Oregon Convention Center). Just show up and we'll get you checked in.

What is the refund policy?

For attendee passes, show management strives to be as accomodating as possible and refund most all passes whenever the request is made. For exhibit spaces, cancellations made up to end of day January 31, 2017 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The exhibitor’s fee will not be refunded after January 31, 2017.

The name on the registration does not match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the name on the registration and the attendee's name must match. Sharing passes is not allowed.
