**COVID-19 -- SAFETY POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS**

As we all know, COVID-19 safety policies and protocols widely vary depending on the locality and/or entity (e.g., University, Organization, Business, etc.). While it is challenging to imagine what the conditions will be like this Fall and it’s resulting policies and protocols for us here in Massachusetts, we wanted to share with you the workshop venue’s current onsite policies and our (Mass Insight [Mi]) current operating assumptions based on current data, conditions, and/or Government guidelines:

  • All persons participating and/or involved with the Workshop are required to adhere to any and all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations regarding COVID-19 that may be in place at the time of the Workshop
  • All persons participating and/or involved with the Workshop are encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to arriving at the workshop venue but will NOT be asked about their vaccination status
  • All persons participating and/or involved with the Workshop are encouraged to wear a face mask while at the workshop venue if they are unvaccinated or if it is their personal preference but it will NOT be a requirement
  • All persons participating and/or involved with the Workshop are encouraged to monitor their own health while attending and stop participating if they become ill
  • All persons participating and/or involved with the Workshop are encouraged to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer frequently
  • (As conditions continue to evolve, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to closely monitor the data and Government guidelines, which will ultimately determine the official policies and protocols for this Workshop. The official policies and protocols for this Workshop will be communicated to everyone about one week prior to the start of the event. We thank you again for your patience and understanding as we collectively re-approach in-person professional development workshops!)
