Fangshan is Beijing’s oldest imperial restaurant, located inside Behai Park. The restaurant features the favorite cuisine of the Empress Dowager Cixi and waitresses dressed as Manchurian courtesans in an opulent setting befitting its historical surroundings. Among the menu selections, the 14-course "Emperor's Dinner" is their most renowned.
