Event description

Description

The 2017 Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration provides a forum for distinguished African American scholars and clergy to enrich the lives and ministries of Fuller Theological Seminary students, alumni, and the Southern California community with the nation’s best examples of African American scholarship and preaching. This year, the MLK Celebration will focus on the theme "Leading Beyond Color Lines." Our distinguished lecturer will be Dr. J. Kameron Carter of Duke Divinity School.

Members of the Clergy are invited to join us at a special clergy luncheon in Payton Geneva for an engaging discussion with our guest lecturer as we continue to explore what it means to lead beyond color lines in the local church.
