Be Human Kind: A Way to Community Healing

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast and Day of Service honors the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.. On this day we commemorate Dr. King's dream of a multiracial nation united in justice, peace, and reconciliation. The breakfast will feature a keynote address by Sheyann Webb Christburg, civil rights activist and acclaimed author and a vibrant community dialogue led by St. Cloud Community Champions at each table.

On site craft projects that benefit St. Cloud residents in need, will be available after the breakfast from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on the upper deck of the Halenbeck Main Gym. A food packaging event will also take place from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on site. No pre-registration is required to participate in the craft projects. Appropriate for all age groups.

Local citizens, business owners, community leaders, and non-profit organizations are welcome. The event is free and open to the public however registration is required. Registration opens November 13, 2017 and closes on January 11, 2018. Seating is limited. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. The Breakfast begins at 8:00 a.m.

The breakfast menu will have non-pork, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-friendly food items available.

Where is the best place to park:
