Are you looking for a great place to vacation this summer? Would like to get to know your family members better in 2014? Well, the 2014 Martin / Davis Family Reunion will take place on the sunny Santa Monica beach, in Santa Monica, California. Please plan to do the three f's - fellowship, fun, and great food (not too mention fishing, forging for clothes - shopping, etc.).
We will be staying in the exquisite JW Marriott Le Merigot (www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/laxlm-jw-marriott-santa-monica-le-merigot/). Please call JW Marriott, 310-395-9700, to make your room reservation today. When you call, refer to the Martin / Davis Family Reunion block. Room rates are:
- Basic room $329/night
- Suite $429/night
- Check-in 3:00 - 6:00pm, JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot
- Meet and Greet Reception 6:00 - 9:00pm, JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot Ballroom
- Breakfast on your own 7:00 - 9:00am

When is the last date to register for the 2014 Martin / Davis Family Reunion?
The final date for all registrations and changes is May 15th, 2014. Registration will close on May 15th at midnight.
What if I pay the Family Fee, but need to cancel?
All sales are final. If you pay the Family Reunion fee and need to cancel all or part of the reservation, we will not refund the fee. We will, however, ship your t-shirt, mug, and tote to the address on the registration, at no additional cost.
What if the Family Reunion is cancelled?
In the event the Family Reunion is cancelled, we will refund 100% of all monies collected.
What does the $65.00 Family Fee include?
The Family Fee includes admission to Friday night's Meet and Greet reception, a Family Reunion t-shirt, tote, and mug.
Is the $65.00 Family Fee the same for children?
Yes, the Family Fee is the same for everyone age 5 years and older. Children ages 0 - 4 are free and will receive a t-shirt with any adult registration.
What if I can't attend, but would still like a t-shirt or other promotional items?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you pay for a registration and are unable to make it, you can transfer your registration (for equal or lesser value) to another family member who has not paid for a registration. You will need to contact Amber Martin, email@example.com.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can either update your information after you have paid for your registration or contact Amber Martin, Committee Member at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-909-5356.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, your name must match the information we have for your registration. If you would like to tranfer your registration (for equal or less value), please contact, Amber Martin, email@example.com or 202-909-5356.
