When & Where
One Church Ministries
One Church Ministries is a term we use to designate the apostolic sphere of ministry which extends across all of the churches we serve. This ministry is led by John Lalgee whom we recognize as an apostle among us. He is joined by a team of other leaders who have been acknowledged as gifted Ephesians 4 ministries to the Church. It is not the name of an organization in the traditional sense of the word. We operate on the basis of relationships more than institutions. Instead, it describes the work and mission being carried out by the apostolic team as they build relationally with local churches. That mission is singularly focused on equipping “the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” Among many other ways of serving local churches, OCM includes:
Forging relationships and initiatives that express unity in the Church
Planting vibrant growing churches that reflect the New Testament blueprint
Laying and ensuring proper foundations in local churches
Ongoing care for local churches
Conferences and teaching materials that help prepare the people of God,
Programs to train future leaders
Recognizing and releasing Ephesians 4 gifts into the Body of Christ
One Church Ministries serves a growing number of churches that have either been planted or established in their foundations by John and the team that works with him. These churches work together, not in a denominational structure, but by meaningful relationships with the apostolic team and each other. Currently, there are 6 local churches that are directly served by the team.
Living Light Christian Church, Taunton
Living Light Christian Church, Wellington
Covenant Life Church, Cadillac
Living Light Christian Church, Kenosha
Living Light Christian Church, Racine
Living Light Christian Church, Pleasant Prairie
We expect more churches to be added as God gives the increase and calls us to plant more congregations.
