About this event
The Business Canvas Model a visual tool for developing new or existing business models. The business model canvas looks at nine key elements for developing your business model: Partners, Cost Structure, Key Activities, Resources, Value Propositions, Revenue Streams, Customer Relationships, Channels, and Customer Segments. In this session, we will use the Business Canvas Model to leverage a marketing strategy that aligns with your business model strategy.
Presenter: Daniel Luis Arrañaga
Daniel is a Cooperative Development Specialist for the Northwest Cooperative Development Center and manages the Co-op Clinic for the US Federation of Worker Cooperartives and a Certified Technical Assistance Provider for ROC NW. Daniel has 7 years of experience working in the non-profit sector and was a co-founder and chair for a start-up food co-op in Eastern Washington. Daniel spent over a year in West Africa (Liberia & Côte d’Ivoire) as Assistant Director for an International NGO, the Wild Chimpanzee Foundation (WCF), and now serves on the board of directors for the US Representation of WCF. Daniel brings with him much needed bilingual skills for working with Hispanic communities in Washington State.
