Who you'll hear from

Charlotte Chipperfield is the founder and CEO of Chipperfield Media LLC. She brings more than seven years of experience in wine marketing and has built a reputation as an expert and thought leader in the digital marketing space.

Prior to starting Chipperfield Media in 2014, Charlotte managed a number of sales teams and developed marketing and social media strategies for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Charlotte holds a BA from the University of Oregon in International Business and French and is a regular contributor to Women 2.0 and other online publications.

Charlotte enjoys working with clients to drive increased customer engagement through creative and professional social media and marketing campaigns. The process of working with business leaders to navigate the storytelling behind their brand leading to a purposeful customer driven conversation and a healthier bottom line is what Charlotte finds most rewarding.

Meet your forum chair

Leah Young found her way into the wine world by way of a trip to the Loire Valley. One glass and she was hooked. Immediately she began exploring careers in the wine industry. She has over 6 years working in wine education / marketing / DTC at Gallo, Constellation, and Viansa and is currently a consultant. She says, " I love having the opportunity to help people connect with wine." She lives in Petaluma with her husband and not-so-well-behaved, but super-cute, dogs and cats.
