More than just a show, the live taping of the Never Settle Show is an event—we’ll have a whole red carpet experience for you to enjoy, with a photo booth, wine tasting, gift bags, and more.
Broadcasting live from Canary’s headquarters in the Chelsea neighborhood area every Wednesday, the experience of joining our live studio audience is one you won’t want to miss.

What kinds of guests will be on the show?
Our interview segment, delivered by Mario Armstrong, will provide our viewers access to an in-depth, one-on-one conversation with a guest who embodies the 'Never Settle' mentality. Whether it is an individual who is at the top of their game or rising stars, our guests will let us know their own personal blueprint for finding the strength to reach their full potential. This segment will prove that a peek inside anyone's journey can move the needle on your own.
Where is the studio located?
Canary Studios is located at 606 W. 28th Street, 7th floor, New York, NY 10001. Right at the corner of W. 28th and 11th Ave. Accessible via the 1, 2 and 7 trains and the M11 and M12 buses.
What should I wear?
Dress your best in bright colors. Our dress code is HIP AND TRENDY. Be you!
Dress Code Don'ts: No solid white, semi-white or shiny shirts. No baseball hats or large logos. No shorts and gentlemen, no tank-tops. Show reserves the right to turn you away if you or your guests wear any of these items.
Be camera ready! Audience members may appear on camera and may be asked to participate in the show.
What time should I arrive for the live taping?
You MUST be at the venue by 6:00pm or you risk losing your seat. Our advice? Get there at 5:30! Ticket distribution is at times in excess of studio capacity. Ticket holders are admitted on a first-come, first serve basis. If you arrive after the Check-in Deadline of 6:00pm, your tickets are subject to be forfeited and may be released to our guests on our Waitlist. Consult our Audience Coordinator upon arrival if you have any questions.
Once you've arrived you won’t want to miss the happy hour networking event, live music, wine tasting, vendors,a red carpet to take awesome pics on, and more! At 6:45pm, the audience will be asked to take their seats, and the show begins taping promptly at 7pm.
How old do attendees have to be?
Guests must be 18+.
Is there a security screening?
Yes, all audience members are required to be screened prior to entering the studio. Please refrain from bringing extra personal belongings.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, but please reduce the number of belongings you bring, the show and its partners cannot be held responsible for any missing items.
Are the Never Settle Show tickets free?
Yes, all tickets are free and non-transferable.
Restrooms are located inside the studio. Restroom use is permitted prior to the start of the show at 6:45p. Be sure to use the restroom prior to 6:45p because after 6:45p, the restrooms will be inaccessible until the show has concluded at 8p. Please be prepared to remain in your seat for the duration of the taping.
How is the audience seated?
Our audience is seated on a first come, first-served basis. Our audience coordinator will show you to your seats.
Can I bring food and/or drinks with me?
Guests are prohibited from bringing in food and/or drinks into the studio. However, each week, the Never Settle Show will have wine, sodas, juice, and water available.
Can I bring my cell phone into the studio?
Of course! We’re a social media-based show, so we encourage our in-studio audience to participate in all the fun online, too. We want your videos, pics, snaps, and posts out there! We might just use them in the show :-) Look out for the social media signs with hashtags and more so you can interact before and during the live show. The official hashtag is #NeverSettleShow
Can I bring a group to the show?
If you'd like to bring a group to the show, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the date you'd like to attend and your group's size and we'll do our best to follow up and accommodate you!
Who do I contact if I have special needs?
Accessibility options are limited and subject to availability. Contact us after you have been notified that your tickets are confirmed and we will make necessary arrangements.
