Marine Corps 101, Including a Behind the Scenes Tour
Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (EST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Marine Corps 101 including a “Behind the Scenes” Tour has everything you need to know about the Marine Corps lifestyle. We’ll highlight the history and traditions of the Marine Corps as well as the core values held by all Marines. After the brief, you’ll take a tram tour of Parris Island and see some of the locations that helped shape your Marine. The Behind the Scenes tour has two departure times - the first tour departs at 11:00 a.m. and the second departs at 11:45 a.m. Your attendance at the brief is required in order to attend the tour. Please check-in for the brief by 9:00 a.m.
Limited seating is available and pre-registration for this event is required. Families holding tickets will be seated first and any open seats that remain will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We work hard not to turn away anyone who would like to attend. You may still arrive on the day you wish to attend and see if there is any standing room available. We do not allow a wait list. Please note - I.D.s will be checked to verify tickets. Please DO NOT redistribute your tickets if you cannot attend.
If you are unable to attend this event, a second brief will be held on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. Registration is not required. Unfortunately, a tour will not be offered with the second brief to allow new Marines to prepare for Graduation. However, a walking tour guide can be picked up at the Parris Island Museum.
**Please Note: There is a limit of 5 tickets per order.
