Terra Savia producer of certified organic wines and olive oils is celebrating its Second Mardi Gras festival at our beautiful winery and olive mill. The food will be scrumptious featuring crab cakes with lemon dill remoulade, shrimp salad and best of all, Christine's famous jambalaya with andouille flown in from New Orleans,for this special occasion! Of course it will all be paired with Terra Savia's Estate wines. To end the afternoon on a sweet note, we will offer New Orleans specialty dish, King Cake decorated by local Chef Monica Almond. There will be a special prize for those who find the baby!

We grow 35 acres of Bordeaux varieties, grow table grapes and seasonal vegetables. Our spacious facility houses beautiful and unique art pieces that make our environment quite eclectic and will delight your senses.
