NYU's NYC Pride March participation is organized by the following committee of dedicated staff across the university: Sunita Devi, NYU Kimmel Events and Operations; Lukas La Rivière, NYU LGBTQ Student Center; Stephen Markley, NYU Langone Health; and Marie Spears, NYU Government Affairs. Graphic design for the flyer and t-shirt design was done by our amazing graphic designer, Lyn Rafil, and our invovlement is also made possible to the amazing student employees and volunteers of the LGBTQ Student Center!

The 1st Annual NYU Pride Reception is made possible by the following: Kimmel Events and Operations, Aramark, and NYU Langone Health.

The first March happened in 1970 and every year since has served to be an annual civil rights demonstration and celebration of our LGBTQ community. Hundreds of organizations, thousands of marchers, and tens of thousands of spectators join NYC's observance of Pride. NYU has a long history of being at the forefront of the LGBTQ civil rights movement and has been a presence at many NYC Pride marches before. Help us continue that legacy by marching in the 2017 NYC Pride!
