Dr. David Kolowski and Dr. Lauren Kolowski have both fought the "battle of the bulge" over the years. Now, after 20 years of combined clinical experience, they are excited to share what they've learned in the simplest and most applicable way. Dr. David has lost 110 pounds, after weighing 310 pounds in college, while Dr. Lauren has lost 60 pounds - twice! (Pregnancy will do that!)
Don't give up on being healthy just because you think weight loss is hard. Don't embrace the lies that keep you frustrated and complacent. Get better information about how your body works, what a healthy diet looks like, and how it can be possible for you!
