Event description

Description

I've been so warmed at how very open-minded and empathetic a group we've developed. But might we be biased in ways we don't realize? The toxic effects of bias make headlines every day: sexual harassment, racial profiling, the pay gap. How do we dig deep inside ourselves and how do we become part of the solution on small levels that create meaningful change?

To explore this issue, join us as Parlay House teams up with The Battery's Women's March event. This exclusive evening will kick off with a private cocktail hour for Parlay House members followed by the screening of the documentary film Bias, hosted by its filmmaker, Robin Hauser. As always, it will be a chance to connect and bond with women outside of our day-to-day circles and to feel safe in talking about the real stuff that truly binds us.

*Note: You do not need to be a member of The Battery to attend!
