Hallbrook County Club
11200 Overbrook Road, Leawood, KS 66211
Speaker: Ray Reuter
Presentation: Gain Control of Your Goals
What would make your year PERFECT? It's about CHOICE. It's about TIME. It's about SEIZING CONTROL of what you can to reach the goals and achieve the results you desire in a world that is not always "perfekt."
Ray Reuter is the owner of Kaizen, Inc., a training, consulting and personal development company that started 14 years ago. "Kaizen" is a business philosophy meaning continuous improvement. Ray brings this philosophy of continuous, ongoing improvement to individuals and organizations by providing high performance training, personal development, and coaching processes aimed at improving leadership, management, teams and personal effectiveness. The outcome is unfettered potential within people and organizations to maximize results — at work, at home, in all aspects of one's life.
“Every day, I focus on awakening and inspiring people to achieve what’s possible in their lives and in their workplace.” This focus leads to an emphasis on leadership development, self-mastery, effective communication, personal accountability, teamwork – and overall how to be and have a positive impact in life. Ray works with individuals, small business, and Fortune 500 companies … inspiring them to do what they would not normally do on their own!

This will be a great event! See you soon!
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you can't attend you may send someone in your place. We are not able to transfer your ticket forward to
the next month. Our lunch fees are designed to cover costs, not make money. When add or remove attendees
at the last minute it impacts how much we are charged as well as our ability to start the meeting on time.
Thank you for your understanding.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It's helpful, but not required.
What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend, please send someone in your place. It's a great way to share the gift of the ABWA
with another. If you are not able to send someone in your place, please consider it a donation to the KC
Express Network's professional development offerings. (We do not issue refunds.)
Why can't I make a reservation after 9am on Thursday?
We turn the ticket sales off promptly at 9am on Thursday so that we are respectful of Hallbrook's catering team
and to those who have registered on time for the event. If you do not yet have a reservation, please email the
organizer immediately to see if there is space. Note, there is an additional $2 charge for those with reservations
made after Thursday, when space permits. We love guests and growing our membership. If you've missed this
month's meeting, please register now for next month and invite a friend. Thank you!
