March Full Moon live streaming Sound-Bath

We will use this Full Moon in Pisces to assist us in undertaking a deep internal reflection, focussing on inner wisdom and creativity, to foster inspired decisions.

This Sound Bath is open to everyone, of any age. There are a few medical restrictions including epilepsy, schizophrenia, pregnancy, and having a pacemaker. Let me know in advance of any injury or medical condition you may have.

For maximum effective relaxation and receptiveness, it is highly recommended to use headphones or external speakers for optimum sound, and to lay down on a bed or a yoga mat, with a blanket and pillows (or cushions) for optimum comfort.

This online Sound Bath will be approximately 30 to 45 minutes and will take place on Friday, March 18th at 8:00pm (GMT time) via ZOOM (no ZOOM account necessary - link will be provided via email).

Early-bird tickets are €10 until March 14th, and €12 thereafter.
