March For Science Round Trip Bus Ride from Norfolk, VA or Williamsburg, VA...

This bus will depart from the Harris Teeter Wards Corner
4:30am - pick up at Harris Teeter Wards Corner
5:30am - pick up in Williamsburg
5pm-Depart Washington D.C.
We have parking reserved for us at the corner of H & 20th st, NW in Washington DC.
The bus will leave Washington DC promptly at 5:00pm to return home. You cannot miss the bus back.
The price of your ticket just covers the bus from the locations listed below and back
What it does not cover- tip for the driver, or your Metro card fare if desired.
Bus will drop off as close to the Rally as possible
Pick up will behind The Shops at 2000 Penn!

Please read the following terms and conditions below. All tickets are non-refundable. Please note that departure times and return times may change. We will notify you right away of any changes.
All attendees will be considered volunteers and working for the common welfare of the group. By buying a ticket you acknowledge your role as a volunteer and recognize that you are responsible for your own safety. You acknowledge that the event coordinators are not liable for your safety and you will sign a release of liability prior to boarding the bus.
We will participate in a buddy system so that no one gets “lost” and that everyone is looking after one another.
Children under the age of 16 are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There is no smoking on or near the bus. Please avoid wearing perfume or scents of any kind (even all natural) to protect the air quality of your fellow riders who may be sensitive to scents. Please know that scents (even natural ones) can trigger asthma, migraines and problems for your fellow riders and negatively impact their experience.
The estimated travel time will be up to 4.5 hours to DC (depending on traffic).This event will be rain or shine. Be prepared.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of the trip above, in the FAQs and on the purchase page. The organizers are simply facilitators. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. (We have to say that for our protection!)

Is there a restroom on the bus? - Yes!
What can I bring into the event? - Bring what you need for a long day trip and march. (Sorry, no alcohol allowed on the bus). Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.

What's the refund policy? - The tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket up to 3 days prior to depature. Please contact the organizers if you wish to transfer your ticket, and we'll do our best to help you find someone to take your ticket. Please know that the March organizers themselves have not fully buttoned up details. Itineray may change.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, you will need your ticket to board the bus.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, but the person boarding the bus must have a ticket and must sign a release of liability form.
