During our cupping this month, we are going to taste and observe some coffees to see how the roasting process can change our perception of how coffee tastes. Roast profile can have a huge effect on whether or not we enjoy that particular coffee and as such, it is important to understand this process.
On the first Wednesday of each month we run informal cupping sessions open to all.
Coffee cupping is a method used to observe and compare the qualities, tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional technique, but can be practiced by anyone who would like to understand more about different coffees. The sessions start at 6pm, last approximately 1-1.5 hours and are free to attend. All are welcome - no experience necessary!
Our sessions are free to attend and guided by members of the team.
