Use this form to register for church on Sunday, March 7, 2021. We will have services for up to 125 people at 9am, 11am and 6pm*. Before you complete this form, please read and agree to the safety guidelines outlined in this link (https://bit.ly/2TmFTib). If you are bringing children with you, please register them for their class,by age for preschool and by grade for elementary. If their is a waitlist for our kids classes your kids are welcome to join us in service.
