A 23-year veteran of the Hawaii construction industry, Lance Wilhelm began his career at Kiewit as a business manager trainee, working his way up through the company and gaining valuable knowledge at all levels of the construction industry. In his role as Senior Vice President and Hawaii Area Manager, Lance is responsible for strategic and corporate business planning operations for construction projects, marketing and business development, contract negotiations, labor relations, personnel development, legal and contract administration, and corporate philanthropic program oversight.
Most recently, he has been working with the City on several contracts awarded to Kiewit involving the Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project.
