Skills Lab Course
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this training will be held virtually via Zoom.
Date/Time:
Tuesday, March 9: 9:30am-5:00pm
Course Description
Skills Lab fulfills the NYS DOH preceptorship requirements necessary to become a NYS certified Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE). In order to become a NYS certified SAFE, healthcare providers must complete the NYS Department of Health 40-hour didactic course as well as a supervised preceptorship experience.
