March 2019 First Time Homebuyer Workshops 

Four-Part Series Sponsored by PeoplesBank and Valley Community Development 

Thursdays, March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. 6:00-9:00 p.m.
PeoplesBank, 56 Amity St., Amherst

Get the facts from professionals in Banking, Real Estate, Law, Insurance, and Home Inspection! This four-part, certified series helps you shop as an informed consumer. Income eligible borrowers can use their Certificates of Achievement to apply for special first-time homebuyer loans. These include MassHousing and One Mortgage and valuable First Time Homebuyer funds to reduce down payments and closing costs. Certificates require attendance at all four sessions.

$50.00 per household covers two adults living at the same address for all four sessions and includes refreshments and all materials. (We're unable to accommodate children at our workshops - our apologies.)
