Team Yow Taekwondo

The Community Service Committee will highlight the Team Yow Taekwondo at the AGA DC Chapter luncheon on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

Team Yow is a local Taekwondo team, based in Fairfax Station, VA, that is focused on developing athletes into national-level competitors. Their athletes range from age 8 to adults. Through their training, athletes learn more than just self-defense; they learn perseverance, sportsmanship, respect and more!

Every year Team Yow travels to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Nationals in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to compete in the US Nationals. Please donate to help raise funds for Team Yow athlete’s training and travel expenses as they work hard to achieve their goals!

In an effort to support the Team Yow TKD, we will be hosting a raffle at the February luncheon. Each member interested in participating will get a ticket for every $5 donated during the luncheon. The lucky participant will receive a $50 gift card! So, please bring those charitable donations!
