Baton Rouge, United States
Movers and Shakers in Baton Rouge's Film Industry
Speakers: Brett Bodin, James Peck, Meghan Reiners, Kelli Rodriguez and Beau Vorhoff, Eros Productions' five member production team
Eros Productions is Baton Rouge's newest multimedia production company on the rise. Team members Brett Bodin, James Peck, Meghan Reiners, Kelli Rodriguez and Beau Vorhoff share a common goal: to create engaging multimedia content that conveys a powerful message to its intended audience.
In 2010 and 2011, this group of five ambitious producers developed and starred in Louisiana's Haunted History, a television series that explored the rich history and culture of our home state. Each episode introduced a different Louisiana location with a significant historical role and a reputation for the supernatural. The story of the location's history was presented alongside a paranormal investigation conducted by the Eros team. The results were gripping: audiences tuned in each week to experience the chilling evidence uncovered by the team, and to learn something new about Louisiana heritage. The show quickly became the highest-rated locally-produced entertainment program in Baton Rouge.
In 2012, the Eros team will launch a new TV series: Haunted: History Like You've Never Seen. This exciting new show further develops the team members' engaging personalities, while maintaining a unique blend of entertainment and education. In addition to Haunted, Eros Productions will infuse the Louisiana entertainment industry with documentaries, feature-length productions and promotional content for businesses. What makes the Eros team so appealing to both clients and audiences alike is the diverse range of talent and experience the team members share. With backgrounds in television, film, radio, news, graphic design, marketing and sales, Eros Productions can turn any idea into a fully-formed multimedia experience.
**Please confirm your attendance by noon on Monday, March 12th.**
Lunch will be served buffet style with two entrees to choose from as well as a salad, side and dessert.
