Establishing a strong foundation is essential to build the trust and intimacy required to help your client achieve results.  This webinar will focus on ICF's first coaching competency which is essential for setting that foundation: Meeting Ethical Guidelines and Professional Standards.

During the call we will discuss ICF’s Standards of Conduct including how to handle conflicts of interest and confidentiality issues.  The definition of coaching will also be examined and the importance of its distinction from consulting and therapy. Please come prepared to ask questions and share your experience!

We will also be discussing ICF's second coaching competency, Establishing the Coaching Agreement, where we will examine how to set up your coaching engagement for success.  It beginss with a very important conversation that explains the coaching process; your coaching style, how the coaching relationship works, and logistical details (fees, scheduling, written agreement, etc.)

You will get the call-in information by email after registering.

*All participants must attend the full program to qualify for CCEU credit.*
