Event description
Introduction to new combs and new patterns for returning students ready to take their marbling to the next level.

About this event

The long awaited Marbling 2.0 class is here! I'll be sharing some of the patterns, tips and techniques I learned this past summer during my studies with The Chena River Marblers.

Unlike my Intro to Marbling class, which is about creative exploration and play, the focus in this class will be on learning new skills and replicating specific patterns. I will demonstrate a range of new techniques that incorporate a variety of combs , which when used in a particular order produce wonderful contemporary classic patterns. Students will work in their own tray and practice recreating the pattern following each new pattern demonstration. Students will leave with 8-10 archival prints.

Previous marbling experience is recommended.
