This 90 minute webcast training session is not a typical webinar designed to upsell or cross sell you. This is normally a fee-based training session but we are opening it to eight first come first serve sales leaders that are not consultants. This live 90 minute webcast training session will teach you how to map your sales process to specific performance improvement strategies. The result will position you to identify each sales team members strengths and areas for improvement and how to go about coaching to those improvements. This is an integrated process where you will be completing activities as the instruction is being provided, thus you will be providing a roadmap for yourself as the workshop commences.


Here is how this workshop will work:

1. After signing up you will receive the handout that you will use to follow along during the training session.

2. The handout will serve as a tool to complete activities specific to your sales approach and process using our coaching strategy approach.

3. The end result will be a series of documents you can use to start assessing and coaching your staff specific to your approach and process leveraging each team member's strengths and areas for improvement.

4. Last, we will provide an in-depth approach to using these results as a roadmap to how to coach to the results using proven coaching strategies from our Sales Progress Coaching Training System.
