Event Details

This live, half-day webcast workshop and training session will teach you how to map your sales process and approach to specific performance improvement strategies. The result will position you to identify each sales team members' strengths and areas of improvement. It will also teach you how to go about coaching improvement techniques specific to your sales process and approach. This is an integrated process where you will complete activities as the instruction is being provided, giving yourself a roadmap as the workshop commences.

Who should attend: sales managers, directors, vice president of sales and marketing, and business owners

 

Here is how this workshop will work:

1. After signing up, you will receive a handout that you will use to follow along during the training session. This handout will not be a typical handout, rather an 11 x 17 sheet of paper which will be used to map out a specific plan for your sales process and approach.

2. The handout will serve as a tool to complete activities specific to your sales approach and process using our proven coaching strategic approach.

3. The end result will be a series of documents you can use to start assessing and coaching your staff specific to your approach and process. It will allow you to understand each team member's strengths and areas for improvement.

4. Last, we will provide an in-depth approach to using these results as a coaching roadmap using proven coaching strategies from our Sales Progress Coaching Training System.


Note: This is a very interactive workshop and not a lecture! We will be teaching the mapping process that focuses on your unique sales approach and process.  After the workshop, each attendee will receive lessons that help revisit and reinforce the strategies taught in the live workshop. This eliminates the challenges often associated with event-based traininig by making learning continuous and more successful.
