Chef Troy Graves partners up with the Baconfest team to bring you MANHATTANS AT MIDNIGHT, a bacon and bourbon New Year's Eve bonanza! Guests to this ticketed event will enjoy open bar from 9pm-2am, featuring a variety of signature "brown" cocktails including Boulevardier (Old Heaven Hill 100, Sweet Vermouth, Campari), Punch Drunk Johnny (Old Overholt Rye, Seedling Farms Apple Cider, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove, Black Pepper), and Pack Mule (Rittenhouse Rye, Hum Botanical Liqueur, Housemade Ginger Beer). In addition, Chef Troy will add all things bacon to the line up, with tray passed items including: Bacon-Wrapped Artichoke with Romesco, Fried Oyster and Waffle with Bacon-Infused Maple Syrup, Bulgogi Glazed Bacon-Meatball Sliders with Kimchi Mayo, and Lobster-Pancetta Croquettes with Pistachio Pesto. At midnight, leave the bubbles to the novices, as bacon infused Manhattans will be served for a toast instead.
Tickets: $100, a portion of proceeds will be given to the Greater Chicago Food Depository
