El Manejo Integrado de Plagas (MIP) o sus siglas en Ingles: Integrated Pest Management (IPM) es un programa de control de plagas siguiendo pautas o estrategias.

Estas estrategias usan una gran variedad de métodos complementarios: físicos, mecánicos, químicos, biológicos, genéticos y culturales para el control de plagas.El programa de Extension de la Universidad de Florida presentara por primera vez un programa en Español de MIP en el condado de Miami-Dade.

El costo incluye materiales, curso y almuerzo.

CEUs en pesticidas para los que estan registrados como aplicadores y deseen renovar sus licencias.

The nursery industry in Miami-Dade County is large and diverse. There are more than 1500 nurseries in the county, and they produce everything from bedding plants to tropical foliage to tender perennials. We are the #1 county in Florida for ornamentals production and #2 in the country.
