Mandala Art Dot Painting Workshop: Stones & Tea Light Holder w/ Amanda

Meet Nest On the Main's newest Nester Amanda Farabaugh of Creative Retreat! Amanda was born, raised, and currently resides in Northport. She has a BSN in Apparel & Textiles from Oneonta State University, as well as an associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. On top of her creative studies, she also received a BSN in Nursing at Adelphi University and currently works as a registered nurse. Amanda is still very passionate about art. You can most likely find her participating in activities such as creating stained glass, crocheting, and much more. While working at a hospital during the pandemic, Amanda found herself needing to find something soothing. Years ago, she purchased mandala-making tools, so she picked them up again, and instantly fell in love with the art. She hopes you enjoy Mandala Art Dot Painting as much as she does.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Mandala Art Dot Painting. During this workshop you will learn the art of dot painting.

All Materials will be provided

Each attendee will receive: a case to keep 17 dotting tools, a paint palette, 1 stencil, 1 paint brush, 2 medium hand casted mandala stones, a paint pot and tea light holder to paint on. Acrylic paint will be provided for all attendees.

Please note: Attendee's should be ages 10 and up. This class is also limited to 10 attendees.
