Manchester Withington CLP Brexit Debate
Thu, December 1, 2016, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM GMT
On 23 June, the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union in the EU Referendum. Following this referendum, one that exposed a deeply divided country, and with still no clarity as to what Brexit means (other than Brexit), what are the implications for Manchester – which, like other many other major cities, voted to remain?
Discussing the potential implications of Brexit for Manchester will be our panel, chaired by Manchester Withington CLP Vice-Chair Sheila Newman:
Jan Davidson, Unite the Union
We will hear from our speakers at the start of the meeting, and will then take questions from the audience. If you have a question you would like to submit before the meeting, please email Chris Wills at firstname.lastname@example.org.
