Are you looking for a better way to manage stress? How we learn to manage stress can have profound effects on our health and well being. This talk explains how the body and brain experiences stress and demonstrates the effective strategies of Biofeedback Training in managing stress to help you thrive in a fast-paced world.

Biofeedback is a technique that uses simple electronic devices to teach people how to consciously regulate bodily functions, such as breathing and heart rate, to improve overall health. When we become aware of these unconscious / subconscious physiological changes within our body under different circumstances, we can then train ourselves to control them and modify them.

Join Gabriel Vargas from Tree of Life Integral Centre as he discusses how Biofeedback Training can be applied to stress and anxiety related health problems such as tension headache, palpitations, overbreathing, hyperventilation, TMJ, fatigue and burnout.
